I would like you to warn about using nulled/warez themes or scripts for joomla, wordpress, magento, oscommerce, vbulletin, drupal, magento, expressionengine, phpbb3 and so on.
One of my friend used one of the theme and on next day he found that his hosting was hacked !!.. All the sites / addon sites hosted on the same web hosting were corrupted. Most of the files were having suspicious encrypted virus codes that were difficult to remove one by one as he was having 1000s of such files. His hard work of many years creating those established sites was lost within seconds. He felt very guilty in using such nulled theme which he downloaded from rapidshare/4shared.
So never make such a mistake in downloading such scripts/themes/softwares from sites like rapidshare, torrent, megaupload, crack /warez sites, easy-share, mediafire or whatever you call. Be safe, play safe. Spend few dollars instead of losing your work worth thousands of dollars 
Like you can buy cheapest themes from wpnow or elegant themes if you don’t have much money or don’t want to spend much or cheap vbulletin skins. Or contact me for rebate/discount on such themes.

yes very true, this happened to me also… My site was hacked and years of work was lost by using nulled theme..
Go for genuine !
its a risk you take, check the code for dodgy stuff

I am align with John, I also used nulled VB, available on scriptmafia, after some time I purchased the original version, but forget to delete the previous files, after 3-4 months my website was hacked.
If your website get hacked then always check the Source Code of your website, coz the hacker place some links in the footer or in the header of your website.
Its always batter to buy themes/script.
